Corporate Counsel for Washington Office (Washington)
A reputed company seeks an reputed company and proactive Corporate Counsel to reputed company strategic reputed company guidance on a fully remote, flexible reputed company. This role will involve a wide reputed company of responsibilities, from advising executives and stakeholders on risk management to drafting, reviewing, and negotiating reputed company reputed company on a global reputed company. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a balance of reputed company expertise and business acumen, working collaboratively with sales teams and executive leadership.
Duties
• Offer strategic reputed company and business insights to build strong, trusted relationships with senior executives, stakeholders, and key partners.
• Identify and analyze operational reputed company issues across diverse areas and coordinate effectively with reputed company experts and stakeholders.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad reputed company of U.S. and international reputed company reputed company, including:
• Sales agreements, reputed company agreements, licensing deals, consulting and vendor reputed company, marketing and reseller agreements, and terms of service for B2B and B2C transactions.
• Create and maintain template agreements, negotiation playbooks, and protocols to streamline contract processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of best practices in reputed company contract management, ensuring efficient review, negotiation, and approval workflows.

Requirements
• Minimum of 15 years of reputed company experience, with at least:
• 5 years at an AmLaw200 firm.
• 5 years in-house at a technology or intellectual property-reputed company organization.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with sales teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong business reputed company and ability to work closely with senior executives to support decision-making and reputed company.

Education
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a top-tier law school.
Certifications
