Partner Support
Description:
• Support the RepairPal function of our business
• Engage with consumers, shops, and business partners to provide timely solutions
• Maintain consistent communication with partners, consumers, and other interested parties
• Manage partner initiative rollouts to our network of Certified shops
• Provide training and materials to shops and internal customer success organization
• Provide qualitative and quantitative feedback to stakeholders regarding training and support efforts
• Help project-manage training efforts across multiple partners with varying deadlines
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking
• Strong strategic planning and implementation abilities
• Experience with webinars and screen-sharing technology
• High level of professionalism and business maturity
• Outgoing personality paired with a strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing multiple projects under high-pressure conditions
• Strong sense of ethics, confidence, and commitment
• Natural curiosity with a desire to understand how things work
• Background in and knowledge of the auto repair industry, particularly with independent shops and dealerships
