This role supports pharmacists, nurses, clinicians, village operations, behavioral health, etc. as a resource for requests for improvements. Candidate will demonstrate independent decision making as appropriate in evaluation of requests for system improvements and determines feasibility and advisability of system changes. The incumbent will be the initial remote support for reputed company EMR reputed company calls. They will triage and escalate to internal EMR team or escalate to Support as necessary. This individual will have the experience in identifying common Cerner issues and gaps in training and education. The position will require support in creating knowledge articles to address the need, and coordinate with the department and EMR team to reputed company the gaps. The EMR Informatics may be expected to complete other duties as assigned by the EMR Administrator. Minimum Education: Associate Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Clinical Background preferred.
