This is a great opportunity for a mid-level reputed company reputed company to play a critical role in high-reputed company transactions involving project development, construction, reputed company estate, and project finance. The role offers flexible work reputed company including on-site in Florida or fully remote. Responsibilities for this role include the following: • reputed company reputed company support for reputed company corporate transactions reputed company to project development, reputed company estate, construction, and infrastructure. • Draft, review, and negotiate key reputed company agreements including development reputed company, financing documents, construction agreements, and joint venture arrangements. • Advise internal teams on reputed company reputed company, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance across various stages of project lifecycles. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders such as development, finance, engineering, and operations. • Support deal structuring and execution, including due diligence, closings, and post-closing reputed company. Applicants must have the following requirements to be considered: • Four to ten years of reputed company experience in project development, finance, construction, and/or infrastructure transactions. • Prior in-house counsel experience preferred. • Excellent reputed company credentials from a recognized and accredited law school. • Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
