AVP - Distribution Leader
Description:
• At Relm Insurance, the AVP, Distribution Leader - East Coast will drive profitable growth and strengthen relationships with brokers across the East Coast.
• This role offers the opportunity to build a successful organization and enhance market presence.
• Build awareness of Relm’s unique offerings among brokers and clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brokers in the region.
• Represent Relm at key industry events to enhance visibility.
• Collaborate to develop a comprehensive East Coast distribution strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities across all lines of business.
• Leverage market insights to adapt strategies and capitalize on trends.
• Drive client engagement and ensure needs are met.
• Lead cross-selling initiatives to grow relationships with clients.
• Develop KPIs and CPIs to measure success.
• Provide regular reports to support long-term growth.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Champion Relm’s vision in all broker and client interactions.
• Contribute to initiatives enhancing operational efficiency.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior distribution or business development role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of the East Coast insurance market, including established relationships with key brokers and networks.
• Proven track record of driving profitable growth and achieving ambitious sales and relationship management targets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure success.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the East Coast to meet with brokers, clients, and attend events.
