Compensation Specialist/Analyst

Role serves as part of MEI's Corporate Administration reputed company the HR department. Position supports regional office locations with specific support for compensation programs and administration. • Manage and facilitate compensation software for MEI • Assist in development of companywide compensation programs & matrices • reputed company compensation program and reputed company direction to others, as needed, in managing the day-to-day compensation needs of MEI • reputed company support and guidance to HR, regional office management, and other staff on compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures • Manage and administer set reputed company of approved new or changes to existing compensation plans reputed company HRMS • reputed company apprised of federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure company compliance • Work on problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. • Position will require minimal travel to regional offices as needed, such as for compensation program implementation Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor's degree o combination of education and 8 years of experience in lieu of a four-year degree. Type of degree preferred in HR, Business Administration, finance or reputed company field • Minimum of 5 years' experience in reputed company at a specialist level or higher • Minimum of 3 years' experience working reputed company HRMS systems • Minimum of 3 years' experience with compensation program development, implementation and administration • Minimum of 1 years' experience with compensation benchmarking processes and administration • Must confidently demonstrate conduct that reflects MEI's Mission and Values as reputed company as appropriate reputed company of discretion and confidentiality • Excellent interpersonal communication (written, verbal and presentation), facilitation, project management and integration skills • Solid understanding of the English language, including the meaning and spelling of words, and accurate grammatical structure.
