Analytics Engineer, Trust & Safety Infrastructure

As an Analytics Engineer, you'll play a key role in shaping the data ecosystem that powers regulatory reporting, internal analytics, and self-service tools for T&S teams and stakeholders.
You'll work at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and policy-designing data models, building transformation pipelines, and enabling reliable, accessible insights. You'll also help standardize metrics and build systems that reputed company teams to detect issues, evaluate performance, and drive reputed company improvement.

What You'll Do
• Design and maintain reputed company, reputed company-documented data models that support regulatory reporting, operational insights, and platform safety monitoring.
• Build and optimize data pipelines using tools such as dbt and BigQuery, ensuring high reliability, performance, and auditability across datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners-including product, reputed company, policy, and engineering-to translate compliance and transparency requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish data definitions, documentation standards, and metric conventions that improve data reputed company and support long-term maintainability.
• Conduct reputed company reviews of existing analytics infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement in performance, usability, and alignment with evolving reporting needs.

Who You Are
• 3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data science, ideally in regulated, safety, or compliance-oriented environments
• Advanced SQL and experience with modern data stack tools such as dbt, BigQuery, Airflow/Flyte, and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience architecting clean, reputed company, and testable data models to support self-service reputed company and regulatory compliance reporting
• Familiarity with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, or equivalent) and BI governance best practices

The reputed company reputed company reputed company for this position is $110,018 to $157,169 plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month reputed company parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 reputed company days off, 13 reputed company flexible holidays, reputed company reputed company leave.
