Illinois Lawyer Needed for reputed company to Dismiss in Trademark Infringement Case

We are seeking an attorney in Illinois to assist with filing a reputed company to Dismiss regarding a trademark infringement case. reputed company is based out of texas and mainly selling on reputed company doing drop shipping from reputed company. There was an item that was listed and ended in March 2022 with XYZ brand which is based out of Hong reputed company selling cheap $10 items on reputed company.
