Clinical Duties: ◦ Work a minimum of eight (8) 12-hour shifts per month. *Must be available for PM coverage. ◦ reputed company additional backup coverage to support psychiatry services. 3. Operational Leadership: ◦ Assist with reputed company of psychiatry scheduling and ensure adequate coverage. ◦ Assist in addressing last-minute coverage needs. 4. Recruitment and Team Development: ◦ Participate in the interview and selection process for new psychiatrists. ◦ Mentor and support psychiatry team members to enhance reputed company development. 5.
