Senior Computer Systems Analyst

Description: • Provide technical assistance to computer users. • Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, or via telephone or electronically. • May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. • Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. • Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations. • May analyze or recommend commercially available software. • Supports all NMCI and FlankSpeed issues for program office personnel. • May analyze or recommend commercially available software. • This position is contingent upon contract award. Requirements: • MA/MS degree in relevant technical field. • Allowable Substitution: Bachelor’s Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree or Associate’s Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master’s Degree. • Over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. • At least 1 year of experience in the NAVAIR computer system administration process. • Active TS//SCI clearance with current background investigation is desired. • At minimum, Active Top-Secret clearance with current background investigation is required.
