Requirements:
• Have 1–3+ years of experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, web design, etc.) to small businesses
• Have closed full cycle deals and are confident in handling objections, follow-up, and closing
• Have worked commission-only or 1099 sales roles before
• Are self-starters who want structure, not hand-holding
• Can communicate clearly and follow through with consistent outreach
• Are familiar with HubSpot CRM and sales tracking tools
• Can produce video intros and handle asynchronous outreach
• Bonus if you have worked with territory-based accounts or understand local business sales
• Are able to adapt quickly, manage rejection, and keep momentum
• Thrive in a fast-paced, accountability-driven sales culture
