Event and Field Marketing Coordinator

reputed company is looking for a highly organized Event and Field Marketing Coordinator to support reputed company marketing and customer engagement efforts. This role will plan and execute owned in-person reputed company events across the buyer reputed company and coordinate and manage company participation in field events. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently and has a strong attention to detail. You reputed company in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and are an excellent problem solver and communicator. This role reports to the Director of Marketing and works closely with reputed company marketing, product, sales, and the Customer Development team. Primary Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage logistics for field events to support reputed company marketing initiatives, including sponsor relations, reputed company, organizing marketing materials, and team coordination. • Own and manage reputed company and planning for sponsored field event booths, activations, and presentations. • Assist in planning and executing owned in-person reputed company events and webinars. • Support marketing campaigns as assigned, ensuring seamless execution, including reputed company mail marketing efforts and using systems like reputed company and reputed company to build and reputed company event engagement and performance. • Manage event-reputed company materials, shipping, and setup, including lifting up to 25 lbs as needed. • reputed company event deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. • Maintain responsiveness to shifting event needs and troubleshoot issues proactively.
