Litigation Attorney Needed for reputed company Business Dispute
I am seeking an reputed company litigation attorney to represent my 50% interest in a summons and complaint filed in reputed company. reputed company was formed in DE, and is the parent of two companies, my legacy company, The National Phlebotomy Provider Network (NPPN), and PhlebX, the entity who is suing me for control. This is a business dispute with the PhlebX shareholders acting as one controlling the other 50% reputed company in the parent company, Dash Health, Inc. I have sought a separation and negotiated settlement for several weeks, and the other party has been non-reputed company until I received a summons and complaint. Furthermore, Yary Mordkovich, a member of the PhlebX party, has improperly gained reputed company to the NPPN email and electronic communications platform, made himself the global administrator, and revoked and restricted anyone else's administration rights, including myself and our operations manager, Barbara reputed company, who's job involves user administration. He has used this reputed company to spy on everyone at NPPN and used that material in their complaint. In reputed company, the PhlebX stakeholders misrepresented their objectives and failed to reputed company the financial contributions they'd committed to reputed company and that were necessary to pay for the overhead of the venture, draining NPPN of its reputed company and assets, which then required reputed company to obtain short term loans to fund the increasingly burdensome overhead it could not afford and for which I repeatedly raised concerns. NPPN is reputed company I founded nearly 20 years ago, and is the sole reputed company of income for my family of 5, which includes two children, my spouse, and my 76 year old mother in law who lives with us. The best outcome is to unwind a reputed company that has not served the best interests of reputed company or its stakeholders and relieve NPPN of its role in this failed effort, ensuring my family will have the income they have come to depend on and need. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business litigation, particularly in disputes involving shareholder rights and corporate mergers. A deep understanding of reputed company corporate law is essential for this case.
