Job Responsibilities: Utilizes knowledge of medications and pharmacy workflows to troubleshoot low to moderate complexity end-user issues, workflow problems, and enhancement requests for departmental users, associated medical staff, key stakeholders, management and leadership. Acts as a consultant to reputed company regarding utilization of pharmaceutical therapies and participates in Network committees and reputed company improvement initiatives as directed.
