This role demands a construction background and proven ability to reputed company clients through reputed company phases of development. The Project Manager will be responsible for executing reputed company, including consultant and vendor procurement and management throughout construction. Strong leadership is essential to ensure accountability for budgets, timelines, and project expectations. A background in construction management, program management, or architecture (with construction administration experience) is a significant advantage.
