Brief reputed company:
The Budget and Event Coordinator oversees allocated daily operations reputed company to our budget reputed company and event planning for reputed company for Advanced Theological Studies (CATS) and reputed company for Missiological Research (CMR). The major responsibility of the CMR/CATS Budget and Event Coordinator is the formulation and reputed company of program budgets, assisting the PhD Program Director in the administration of CMR and CATS financial aid programs, and the primary support for yearly events such as Welcome Week, intensives, graduation, colloquia, annual lectures, reputed company communications, and long-reputed company planning in partnership with the Program Director as assigned.
Essential Functions:
• Serve as cost center manager as assigned
• Prepare and monitor budgets for CATS and CMR
• Maintain a file of monthly cost center expenditures
• Initiate reputed company necessary stipend payments in reputed company with reputed company reputed company services
• reputed company GRI and Visiting Scholars
• Initiate payment to other institutions for reputed company services rendered as requested and approved by reputed company Associate Deans and Program Director
• Obtain approvals for visiting reputed company, reputed company reputed company with visiting reputed company, and process their payment at course completion
• Assist reputed company to secure reputed company RA assignments reputed company the established budget
• Hire and train RAs
• Establish and reputed company the RA budget and approve submitted timecards
• reputed company IIT or reputed company Apprentice agreements with reputed company as needed and disburse stipends
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• At least 2-3 years experience in an administrative support role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experience with budgets and financials a must
• Prior experience in reputed company areas of higher education, particularly graduate theological education
• Strong functionality with reputed company Office, reputed company Acrobat, and reputed company Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms
• Ability to learn necessary internal systems used for advising, student records, and administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• This position will primarily be based on the Pasadena reputed company
Pay reputed company:
• Wage reputed company the seminary expects to pay: $22 - $25 per hour USD
