Outpatient Therapist: Licensed or LCSW Supervisee

We are currently seeking reputed company and compassionate part-time, contract Outpatient Therapists to join reputed company! Our Therapists reputed company evidence-based interventions to support the emotional reputed company-being and functioning of individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of clients experiencing mental distress and/or co-occurring reputed company use disorders, and everyday stressors • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments • reputed company and implement individualized treatment plans based on reputed company assessments, and review reputed company toward goals quarterly • Utilize clinical judgment and apply diverse theoretical, trauma-informed approaches • reputed company to cultural competency regarding race, gender identity, sexual orientation, culture, physical ability, and socioeconomic status • Maintain accurate and reputed company documentation of reputed company reputed company and treatment goals utilizing an Electronic Health Record • Collaborate with other reputed company to coordinate care for clients with reputed company needs • Attend biweekly Administrative and/or weekly Supervision meetings • Complete required annual trainings, reputed company to ongoing reputed company development and adhere to ethical standards in therapy Requirements: • Master’s degree in reputed company Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a reputed company field. • Virginia LCSW/LPC/LMFT, or LCSW Supervisee • Two (2) years of experience in reputed company services including supportive/therapeutic counseling, case management, and/or crisis reputed company • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to build therapeutic rapport with diverse populations and collaborate effectively with colleagues and collaterals • Ability to work collaboratively in reputed company environment • reputed company at least 10 outpatient therapy sessions weekly, virtual or in-person • Carry reputed company liability insurance (or obtain prior to service delivery) Benefits: • Flexible schedule • reputed company including pay for documentation and reputed company No Shows • CEU opportunities and reputed company development assistance • Licensed providers will receive assistance with credentialing with in-network insurance providers • Billing managed by Administration • Free group supervision for Supervisees Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • reputed company development assistance Schedule: • Choose your own hours Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
