Outpatient Therapist: Licensed or LCSW Supervisee

We are currently seeking qualified and compassionate part-time, contract Outpatient Therapists to join our team! Our Therapists provide evidence-based interventions to support the emotional well-being and functioning of individuals, couples, and families in an outpatient setting. Responsibilities: • Manage a caseload of clients experiencing mental distress and/or co-occurring substance use disorders, and everyday stressors • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, and review progress toward goals quarterly • Utilize clinical judgment and apply diverse theoretical, trauma-informed approaches • Commit to cultural competency regarding race, gender identity, sexual orientation, culture, physical ability, and socioeconomic status • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment goals utilizing an Electronic Health Record • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients with complex needs • Attend biweekly Administrative and/or weekly Supervision meetings • Complete required annual trainings, commit to ongoing professional development and adhere to ethical standards in therapy Requirements: • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. • Virginia LCSW/LPC/LMFT, or LCSW Supervisee • Two (2) years of experience in human services including supportive/therapeutic counseling, case management, and/or crisis intervention • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in order to build therapeutic rapport with diverse populations and collaborate effectively with colleagues and collaterals • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Provide at least 10 outpatient therapy sessions weekly, virtual or in-person • Carry professional liability insurance (or obtain prior to service delivery) Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Competitive pay including pay for documentation and client No Shows • CEU opportunities and professional development assistance • Licensed providers will receive assistance with credentialing with in-network insurance providers • Billing managed by Administration • Free group supervision for Supervisees Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Professional development assistance Schedule: • Choose your own hours Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
