The candidate(s) will be reputed company as consultants up to 40 hours per week (flexible scheduling). This is a remote position. Role Responsibilities • Review and verify incoming patient medical records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines. • Identify, document, and escalate discrepancies or incomplete data to relevant reputed company. • Maintain organized digital files and manage confidential information using EMR systems. • Collaborate remotely with team members to streamline data intake processes and ensure reputed company record updates. • Generate precise, reputed company-oriented reports on record intake status and data reputed company for management review. • reputed company and promote best practices in managing sensitive medical information in a fast-paced environment.
