Medical Legal Regulatory Coordinator
Total Presence Management is seeking out a Medical Legal Regulatory Coordinator for a World-Wide Medical Manufacturing company.
This role coordinates the review of materials (advertising, training, promotional) by cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory and others), as required. The role communicates with divisional teams, provides consultative and tactical support, and serves as a liaison for all individuals within the approval process and aids in divisional compliance.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate the submission, review, and approval of promotional materials through the MLR process.
• Ensure timely routing of materials through the review.
• Track and monitor the status of submissions to ensure deadlines are met and escalate delays as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of MLR decisions, annotations, and version control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Marketing, and Compliance.
• Ensure audit readiness by maintaining organized and complete documentation.
Required Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, life sciences, marketing, or related field of study or equivalent experience equivalent combination of education, training, and/or relevant experience may be considered in place of the education and experience stated
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical device or regulated environment
• Experience in promotional marketing environment
• Ability to manage and prioritize workload proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated outstanding interpersonal skills including teamwork, coordination and communication as well as a close eye on attention to detail
• Adaptable, open to change and ability to adapt in ambiguous instances
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Desired Position Qualifications:
• Medical device or other MLR/PRC (promotional review committee) experience
• Experience working on or with a promotional/marketing collateral review team
• Familiarity with Workfront or equivalent project management and proofing tool
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
