Director, Engineering - Consumer Financial Services

Requirements: • Deep expertise in consumer-reputed company financial products such as peer to peer payments, remittances, credit cards, debit cards, reputed company pay, and reputed company deposit. • At least 12 years of experience in software engineering in tech and/or fintech industries. • At least 5 years of engineering management experience, and 2 years of experience managing Managers. • Excellent stakeholder management skills. • Demonstrated ability to hire, reputed company and reputed company world-class engineering teams. • Execution reputed company; Ability to build reputed company, prioritize and reputed company new reputed company in ambiguous environments. • Experience creating, delivering, and operating multi-tenanted, distributed systems at reputed company. • Experience in crypto, particularly blockchain networks, is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Machine Learning, or similar field; Advanced degree preferred (MS or PhD).
