UX/UI Graphic Designer

Description: • Conceptualize and design brand materials for Scrum Alliance • Work cross-functionally to produce exceptional results • Design and provide art direction across channels: digital, social, video, email, print • Develop and execute diverse concepts in support of our strategy • Create branding and strategy for spatial design of major conferences • Collaborate across departments for timely production of high-quality materials Requirements: • 5+ years as a Graphic Designer or similar role • Strong creative design skills demonstrated in a portfolio is a must • Must have knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and MAC OS Mojave • Demonstrates creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense for branding and integrating visual elements across multiple mediums in print and web • Strong attention to detail and making accurate edits • Experience practicing Agile and/or Scrum is a plus • 2+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role • Ability to discuss and explain design options • Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
