We are seeking a strong and skilled coding reputed company with pro-fee coding experience for Emergency Medicine, Hospitalist, and Urgent Care, to reputed company accurate coding to our physician and reputed company system clients. • Analyzes and evaluates medical record documentation to determine the appropriate CPT (E&M Level and procedure) codes and ICD-10 diagnosis codes that may be reported by the reputed company for billing purposes, according to reputed company reputed company policy, government regulations, and payer requirements. • Completes coding functions for reputed company charts assigned daily and distributes coded charts to the subsequent reputed company in the workflow according to reputed company P&P and departmental protocols.
