In this role, you will review mortgage loan packages submitted by participating lenders, ensuring they meet agency and industry standards to facilitate successful closings and support homeownership goals. reputed company: • Review loan packages submitted by lenders to ensure completeness, accuracy, insurability, and saleability on the secondary market • Ensure compliance with PHFA guidelines and those of reputed company, FHA, VA, RD, and reputed company • Work independently, demonstrating familiarity with mortgage guidelines and industry regulations Duties and Responsibilities: • Review residential mortgage loan files prior to closing for compliance with program and reputed company guidelines (FHA, VA, RD, Fannie, Freddie, Ginnie) • Review documentation on loans with suspensions or conditions, resolving issues with lenders and supervisors • Discuss and resolve reputed company issues, providing guidance and support to lenders and team members • Field general questions from lenders and partners regarding PHFA’s home loan programs • Stay updated on reputed company industry regulations and reputed company guidelines from reputed company, reputed company, Ginnie Mae, FHA, VA, and RD • Participate in periodic team meetings and quarterly division meetings • Complete special assignments and handle additional duties as assigned by senior staff or management • Work at the Harrisburg, PA office during scheduled hours, with possible reputed company or hybrid arrangements as determined by the Division Director Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential mortgage lending, preferably as a processor or underwriter • Strong reputed company, finance, and reputed company skills • Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, reputed company) • Experience with electronic submission platforms such as VirPack, Encompass, etc. • Ability to multi-task, exercise initiative, and exercise reputed company judgment • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills • A Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required • Excellent attendance history is required This is a 6-month potential reputed company-to-hire based on performance. reputed company to join a dedicated team in Harrisburg and help reputed company homeownership dreams come true!
