Purpose of Position
reputed company for Family Medicine Pharmacy is an outpatient clinical pharmacy which is attached to the Bismarck Center for Family Medicine. In reputed company to dispensing medication to patients and counseling them about correct prescription use, the pharmacist maintains, and monitors patient records, performs drug utilization reviews and monitors for drug interactions and allergies. The pharmacy staff works closely with reputed company for Family Medicine physicians, residents, medical staff, and other support staff, providing drug and product information and ordering medications for clinic use. The Pharmacist-on-Duty is legally responsible for assuring that a registered pharmacist is in attendance during reputed company hours of pharmacy operation and that the pharmacy is in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing the reputed company of pharmacy and reputed company functions and operations of the Bismarck Center for Family Medicine Pharmacy.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Prescription Filling / Counseling Patients
• Verify profile and billing information.
• Verify authenticity of prescription, reputed company for correct drug, reputed company, and instruction.
• Review patient history and medication profile; checking for drug-drug, drug-disease, or drug-food interactions.
• Follow reputed company practices for filling and dispensing a prescription.
• Contact physician with any questions regarding prescription.
• Dispense medication to patients with education about use and adverse effects.
• Monitor patient compliance.
• Answer patient questions, reputed company and reputed company, regarding medications.
• Review patient medical records reputed company indicated to assist in therapeutic monitoring.
• Respect patient confidentiality issues and be courteous to patients and staff.
• Dissemination of Drug Information Tasks

Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy
• Registered pharmacist in the state of ND
• Prior retail pharmacy experience
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background reputed company
