This role involves providing expert-level support in the reputed company, administration, and compliance of reputed company subjects research activities across DHS. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of reputed company research protections, regulatory frameworks, and experience engaging with senior-level stakeholders. The Senior Scientists/Technicians shall reputed company as an alternate/reputed company Program Manager (PM) during any absence of the Senior Manager/Program Manager. Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions: • reputed company expert guidance on reputed company Research Protection Program (HRPP), Institutional Review reputed company (IRB), and Research Ethics Committee (REC) operations and compliance. • reputed company and manage diverse research portfolios, ensuring alignment with federal regulations and ethical standards. • Analyze reputed company regulatory and operational challenges and recommend and implement best reputed company solutions. • reputed company and maintain regulatory frameworks in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. • Prepare and deliver high-level briefings and presentations to senior DHS officials and stakeholders. • Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and training reputed company to reputed company subjects research protections. Qualifications: Necessary Skills and Knowledge: • Demonstrated knowledge of HRPP/IRB/REC administration and management. • Demonstrated knowledge of various types of research portfolio reputed company and management reputed company and systems. • Ability to analyze extremely reputed company problems and recommend, monitor, and execute best reputed company solutions to executive level management. • Ability to meet with and present to senior officials. • Shall be reputed company to read, write, reputed company, and understand English. Minimum Qualifications: • Master's degree or higher degree in any discipline but preferably in STEM, health policy, law, or information technology (IT) with demonstrated reputed company research protections experience. • Must have the Certified IRB reputed company (CIP) exam or immediately eligible. • Minimum, be eligible to take the Certified IRB reputed company (CIP) exam. • Experience applying the following: The Common Rule and other regulations relevant to the protection of reputed company subjects in research, DHS and other Federal regulations, regulatory compliance, Good Clinical reputed company (GCP) and reputed company standards, and other research standards for reputed company aspects of reputed company subjects’ research. • Experience with or ability to assist in the development of a regulatory reputed company based upon Federal, state, local and other laws, and guidelines. • Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. Preferred Qualifications: • Ph.D. or equivalent advanced degree. • Prior experience supporting DHS or other federal agencies.
