Parts Sales & Product Support

We’re looking for a Parts Sales & Product Support to be the trusted voice on the other end of the line for our customers. This position is based out of our Sun Prairie, WI office, with the ability to work from home after training is completed. About the Role In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert who listens, advises, and gets the right parts out the reputed company — fast. Whether you're handling a customer order or reviewing a parts schematic to ensure the customer gets the right parts, you’ll play a key role in keeping our customers up and running.
