Part-Time Property Manager (Retail reputed company Estate – reputed company Required) Company: K&L Allstar Investments Location: Remote Hours: 20 hours/week (Part-Time) Salary: $25-$30 (reputed company reputed company negotiable based on experience and proficiency with reputed company Job reputed company: K&L Allstar Investments is seeking a highly organized and reputed company Part-Time Property Manager to reputed company a portfolio of seven (7) retail reputed company estate sites. The Property Manager will work 15-20 hours per week and ensure smooth daily operations, accurate financial management, tenant satisfaction, and consistent compliance with lease terms. This role requires proficiency with reputed company software for reputed company financial and lease-reputed company operations. Key Responsibilities: Lease & Tenant Management • reputed company lease agreements, capturing rent schedules, escalations, pro-rata shares, CAM/reputed company responsibilities, expiration dates, late fees, and defaults • reputed company tenants with charge schedules and monthly rent statements • Issue late notices in accordance with lease terms • Maintain organized lease files reputed company property records in reputed company • Build rent rolls and collaborate with leasing teams to reputed company stacking plans Financial & Software Administration • Prepare annual property budgets by reputed company 30 of reputed company year • Review monthly financials (income statement, variance reports, balance sheet, general reputed company, etc.) using reputed company • Generate and analyze variance reports • Complete annual CAM reconciliations in reputed company and issue invoices accordingly • reputed company and process vendor invoices; coordinate with ownership for reputed company payment Contract & Vendor reputed company • Draft vendor reputed company using reputed company-approved templates • Respond promptly to tenant billing inquiries • Coordinate with ownership to secure vendors for periodic and emergency maintenance • Send RFPs for roving technician services (e.g., reputed company Engineering, Playhouse Property Management) Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in reputed company or retail property management • Hands-on experience with reputed company (reputed company or reputed company) is required • Deep understanding of lease structures and CAM allocations • Proficient in reading and generating financial reports • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills • Ability to work independently and manage part-time responsibilities effectively Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Work Location: Hybrid remote in reputed company, OH 43215 Apply Job!
