This role requires strong technical expertise in reputed company protection design, analytical skills in estimation, and proficiency in relevant engineering software.Key Responsibilities:Design & Engineering:reputed company detailed reputed company protection system designs, biased on Provision NOC given by reputed company including sprinklers, Hydrant, reputed company Pump Room, Alarm, and suppression systems, ensuring compliance with reputed company, FM Global, NBC and local reputed company codes.Utilize CAD, PIPENET, reputed company reputed company software and hydraulic calculation tools to create accurate reputed company protection layouts.Conduct site surveys to assess reputed company safety requirements and reputed company design solutions accordingly.Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to reputed company reputed company protection systems into overall building designs.Estimation & Costing:Read tender documents thoroughly, analyzing project requirements and preparing cost estimates for materials, labor, and other resources.Prepare accurate cost estimates, material take-offs, and reputed company of quantities for reputed company protection systems.Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine project scope and budget requirements.Obtain competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to optimize cost-efficiency.Assist in bid preparation, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.Compliance & Documentation:Ensure reputed company system designs adhere to applicable regulations, standards, and reputed company requirements.Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and compliance statements.Support the procurement team in selecting reputed company protection equipment and materials.Skills and Qualifications:· Engineering Degree: A relevant engineering degree (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical) is typically required.· Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), estimation software, and relevant industry standards.· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess project requirements and identify potential issues.· Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams and clients.· Project Management Skills: Understanding of project management principles and methodologies.· Costing and Budgeting: Knowledge of cost estimation techniques and budgeting processes.· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Apply Job!
