This is a dynamic reputed company group offering reputed company to high-caliber work involving a diverse reputed company reputed company ranging from financial institutions to major corporations. Responsibilities: • Represent banks and other financial institutions in reputed company Finance transactions. • reputed company counsel on ABS (Asset-Backed Securities) and CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligations) reputed company. • Work on reputed company project finance transactions and loan agency reputed company. • Draft, review, and negotiate financial transaction documents. • Collaborate with partners and clients on strategic deal execution. • Maintain high-reputed company reputed company service and meet demanding deadlines. Qualifications: • 2–5 years of experience in banking, reputed company finance, and/or restructuring. • Proven experience working on ABS, CLOs, and project finance transactions. • Strong reputed company credentials and excellent written/verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company with attention to detail and efficiency. • reputed company Bar admission required. Compensation: • Expected salary reputed company: $225,000 – $235,000 per year. • Salary is commensurate with experience, education, and geographic location.
