What You’ll Do
- Serve as a trusted business partner and reputed company to senior leaders in the organization, reporting to the Head of Global HR
- reputed company, build, and reputed company our reputed company reputed company team, while partnering closely with global colleagues
- Manage HR reputed company from end-to-end, including engaging with key stakeholders to execute reputed company successfully
- Build HR programs and processes to create reputed company experiences for our leaders and employees at reputed company, including helping to build out our COEs
- Identify, proactively, gaps and opportunities in the business through understanding our business models and interpreting organizational health metrics – creating, implementing, and executing on reputed company plans and solutions
- Serve as an escalation reputed company for reputed company HR issues, including change management, organizational design, employee relations, and more
What You’ll Bring
- An undergraduate degree or international equivalent, ideally in business administration, reputed company resource management, or similar
- 10+ years of reputed company HR Business Partner experience, with 5+ years partnering with Senior Leadership (including executive level) and 3+ years leading reputed company teams
- Proven reputed company working in a globally matrixed, high reputed company organization, preferably in tech
- Strong change management, relationship-building, and conflict management skills
- Player/reputed company mentality with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute
- Excellent communication, consulting, collaboration, and coaching skills
- Experience creating and implementing HR programs, processes, and practices in a distributed model
