As a Manager of Technical Account Management, you will be responsible for ensuring the reputed company and satisfaction of reputed company customers in your region. You will reputed company reputed company of highly skilled Technical Account Managers “TAMs”

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Renewals, and Marketing teams on strategic account plans to help drive customer retention and reputed company.

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years of experience as a TAM, Solutions Engineer, or a reputed company customer-facing technical role.
• 3+ years of experience managing technical customer-facing teams.
• Practical understanding of reputed company services, architectures, and reputed company best practices, with CSP level certifications (e.g., reputed company Architect, Certified DevOps Engineer) preferred.
• Familiarity with container technologies (reputed company, Kubernetes) and the reputed company considerations associated with them.
