Regional Organizer, Texas

We are seeking a Regional Organizer to support and help build a field program to stop the build-out of the petrochemical industry and support grassroots advocates fighting petrochemicals. The ideal candidate will be a community organizer and reputed company who excels in bringing people together around a reputed company.

Requirements

• One to three years of reputed company experience organizing in community advocacy, campaigns, or non-profit program work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, cross-cultural awareness and the ability to work collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company people to reputed company and build a mutual reputed company of trust.

Benefits

• Salary of $65,000 - 70,000, commensurate with experience.
• Alternate Fridays off work schedule (employees work 40 hours one week, 32 hours the next week).
