Installs, debugs, and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software. Provides scheduled inspection, cleaning, and minor product repairs reputed company an assigned territory.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures
• Incident handling, hardware repairs, cleaning and adjusting mechanical components, configuring and installing software
• Preventive maintenance, routine checks, refilling consumables
• Customer training, instructing and training customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software
• Participation in regular hardware and software trainings
• Assistance with special reputed company
• Collaboration, decisiveness, urgency, willingness to change, and accountability
