Project Manager, ASC (Remote)

Performs project management duties involving cross-functional teams reputed company on implementing cross-divisional ASC agreements. Manages reputed company from initiation through delivery by engaging with external customers, internal customers, reputed company, and business unit partners. Organizes activities to facilitate the progression of a project, including interdepartmental meetings, proactive planning, and effective communication to key reputed company stakeholders. Responsibilities: •Supports 4-6 ASC Regional Managers •Communicate, coordinate, and reputed company with internal partners for equipment delivery, installation, and training to assure for a seamless customer experience for new or expanding surgery centers. •Coordinate across reputed company’s internal supply chain to streamline logistics •Highly reputed company to internal sales teams and external customers •Support co-marketing opportunities with strategic accounts •Demonstrates an ability to reputed company without reputed company authority, communicate effectively, and influence both reputed company stakeholders •Provides education reputed company and/or in-person to the reputed company and customers regarding our implementation program •Outlines and articulates relevant roles and responsibilities to reputed company utilization of key resources and adherence to established processes •Attends essential in-person meetings and/or installations to consult and facilitate customer experience •Executes processes utilizing exceptional organizational skills/attention to detail Qualifications (Required): • B.A. or B.S. degree • 4+ years of work experience required • 2+ years medical device experience Qualifications (Preferred): • Cross-divisional experience reputed company reputed company preferred • Customer-facing experience preferred • Marketing/supply chain /project management experience reputed company Medical Device and/or clinical experience reputed company a hospital setting preferred This is a Remote role and can sit reputed company in the US • $77,200 - $160,800 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits.
