About the position
Responsibilities
• Engage with clients and families to promote membership sales and appointments.
• Ensure daily operations follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Provide excellent customer service to foster a superior client experience.
• Participate in outreach events and share the academy's mission on social media.
• Assist in setting appointments and managing client relationships.
Requirements
• Some college education or college degree preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with diverse age demographics.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially Excel.
• Basic skills in photo and video editing using Canva or similar tools.
