About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to ensure clients understand their funding options and application processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently with a positive and empathetic approach.
• Assist clients with their loan applications and help them navigate resources, explaining product benefits clearly.
• Gather customer feedback and relay it to the team for service and product improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, including funding specialists and tech support, to ensure seamless service for customers.
• Guide new customers through their initial setup, ensuring they feel confident and supported.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or related roles, although training is available for the right candidate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with business finance, start-up funding, or lending processes is a plus, but training can be provided.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in CRM systems, live chat software, and basic office tools.
