About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide premium customer service through effective communication via telephone, chat, email, and social media.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of recent customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
• Must have hard-wired high-speed internet with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps.
