Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to Anchor Point clients via phone and email.

• Drive to client offices to provide in-person assistance.

• Resolve Tier 1 and 2 technical issues and manage service request queues.

• Document time spent on tasks and maintain strong note-taking skills.

• Implement various IT projects including Mac and Windows operating systems, cloud services, network printers, wireless solutions, and networking equipment.
Requirements
• 1-2 years of experience in the IT field as a consultant or member of an IT Department.

• Certifications in CompTIA Network +, Mac OSX, Windows 10, Windows Server Active Directory, and Entra are preferred.

• Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSP) and Help Desk support is preferred.
