About the position
Responsibilities
• Provide premium customer service through telephone, chat, and email communication.
• Assist customers with logistics of packages, returns, and refunds.
• Answer product questions and warranty inquiries.
• Help customers navigate the website and address general questions.
Requirements
• Must reside in Texas to be considered for the position.
• Preferred experience with email or chat support.
• Open to working various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
