Supervisor, Health Services Call Center

As a Supervisor of the Health Services Call Center at CVS Health, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service professionals in providing a high level of service to our customers. You will be expected to lead, develop, and support your team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to quickly develop and implement strategies to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You should have strong problem-solving skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for motivating and leading a team. A minimum of two years of experience in a customer service call center, excellent computer and phone skills, and a commitment to customer service excellence are all required qualifications for this position. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of customer service professionals to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Quickly develop and implement strategies to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor customer service calls to ensure performance standards are met. Analyze customer feedback and develop plans to improve customer service. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support. Manage projects and performance metrics to ensure customer service goals are met.
