This highly visible position will be instrumental in fostering team efficiency, ensuring smooth operations across time zones, and acting as the central connector between leadership and internal stakeholders.What You’ll Be Doing50% Calendar Management:Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless scheduling for meetings, events, and priorities.25% Team Support:Support onboarding for new hires, coordinate team events and logistics, and provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.25% Travel & Expense Management:Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements and process timely and accurate expense reports.Why This Role is CompellingThis role offers a front-row seat to the inner workings of high-performing teams, giving you the opportunity to be the heartbeat of team coordination.
