About the position
Responsibilities
• Perform a variety of administrative and staff support functions.
• Support the organization with medical records tasks in the electronic health record system.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience providing clerical or administrative support, and/or customer service in an office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to type 45 words per minute, accurately and consistently.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for job-related use.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
