About the position
Responsibilities
• Organize and manage both electronic and physical paperwork, ensuring efficient filing and documentation.
• Answer phones, make introductory and follow-up calls in a professional manner.
• Conduct internet research as needed and assist with business-related inquiries.
• Maintain and manage schedules, including appointments and meetings.
• Demonstrate solid communication skills, including formal writing and articulate speaking in English, while maintaining a professional business presence.
• Perform local errands to procure materials for meetings and other office needs as required.
• Execute various office, business, and organizational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant and/or personal assistant.
• Strong reading comprehension.
• Must have professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
