Clinical Team Assistant

reputed company reputed company: The Clinical Team Assistant assists the Clinical reputed company in completing daily tasks. This role communicates between referrals and patients, requests prescriptions, completes patient requests, and assists where needed. Essential Functions • Completes Compliance CMB tasks daily; including contacting patients, scheduling appointments, and completing Sleep Glad or Telehealth appointments that do not require an HCP. • Reviews insurance compliance requirements with patients. • Educates patients on the use & cleaning of their PAP machine & supplies. • Assists in PAP charting reputed company needed. • Supports the continuum of care by creating and/or overseeing care plans, communicating with the physician or other clinicians, identifying, and resolving patient care issues whenever possible. • Maintains reputed company and thorough knowledge of DASCO equipment and services. May assist with reputed company control, maintenance of equipment, and general support of daily Clinical reputed company Team operations. • Completes supply orders for various supplies per patient request. • Other duties as assigned by the Manager. Requirements REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED equivalent Preferred Education And/Or Experience • Six months experience in the medical/insurance/reputed company field. Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory role. Work Environment This is a work-from-home position. Travel to the office only reputed company required (i.e. training, meetings that cannot be completed reputed company reputed company). This role routinely uses reputed company office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
