Virtual Assistant / Chat support - Contract to Hire

About the Role: We’re looking for a rockstar Virtual Assistant who is quick, reliable, and emotionally intelligent, with experience in text/chat sales and online customer support. You’ll be the digital voice behind the scenes, engaging with leads, supporting creator fans, closing sales through DM's, and keeping our systems clean and organized. This role is perfect for someone who: - Has previous experience as a chatter, customer support, or DM sales. - Enjoys writing fun and persuasive messages while maintaining professionalism - Can follow a proven script but also knows how to read the room and adapt tone - Works fast, communicates clearly, and takes ownership Responsibilities: - Respond to followers messages, DMs, and inquiries with emotional intelligence and persuasive tone - Follow structured chat sales flows to upsell content and increase creator revenue - Track and log chats, performance metrics, and fan feedback - Coordinate with team leads and content creators on custom requests fulfillment - Handle light admin tasks (Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, etc.) Requirements: - 6+ months experience in text/chat-based support or sales - Excellent written English and strong copywriting instincts - High-speed internet, reliable laptop, and access to Slack/Google Workspace - Available to work at least 20 hours per week (some weekend/evening shifts) Bonus Points if You: - Are familiar with Reddit marketing, Twitter engagement, or follower growth tactics Why join us? - Work with a fun, high-performing remote team - Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities - Flexible schedule & work-from-anywhere lifestyle - Be part of an innovative agency in a booming creator economy How to Apply: Send your resume, short intro, and any examples of previous DM chatting or sales experience to me here in message.
