Executive Assistant/ USA ONLY
Our Affiliate Company Loris Payroll Services are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing confidential information and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
• Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Schedule and prepare materials for internal and external meetings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
• Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and conferences.
• Handle expense reports and assist with budgeting and invoicing tasks.
• Support executive projects and special assignments as needed.
Requirements
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or valid work authorization).
• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting C-level executives.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana, Trello).
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced or startup environment.
