Responsibilities
• Manage daily calendars for senior leaders, adjusting schedules based on last-minute changes.

• Arrange and reserve conference rooms, catering, audio/video, and other services for meetings and conferences.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense reports using Concur.
,
• Drive key team activities and events, including team meetings, strategy sessions, and social events.
,
• Handle tasks proactively to ensure seamless coverage for all supported staff.
,
• Build and maintain good business relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organization.
,
• Complete ad hoc administrative requests in a timely and detailed manner.
Requirements
• 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a large global organization in the financial services industry.

• Ability to work independently and assume additional responsibilities as needed.

• Positive and ‘can-do' attitude.

• Desire and ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external clients.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
