The Skinner Company, Inc., a WBENC-certified and family-owned business with a proud heritage in the gas utility and oilfield services industry, is seeking a motivated Part-Time Inside Sales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team. This fully remote position offers the flexibility you need with the opportunity to directly impact revenue and growth.
What You’ll Do:
As an Inside Sales & Marketing Representative, you’ll play a key role in representing our trusted brand and high-quality, American-made products to new and existing customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
· Conducting outbound calls and email campaigns to drive engagement and sales.
· Creating and maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients through research and digital outreach.
· Identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research, databases, and digital tools.
· Presenting product information via virtual meetings and presentations.
· Tracking and reporting sales metrics to help shape marketing strategies.
· Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers in a niche industry.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for a results-driven communicator who is passionate about sales and marketing.
Ideal candidates will have:
· Experience in the gas utility or oilfield services pipeline industries.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.
· Experience with some type of customer relationship management software is a plus.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· An energetic, personable, and persuasive demeanor.
· A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and adapt to change.
· Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
· A basic understanding of B2B sales; industry experience a plus.
· High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a bonus).
