Inbound Sales Rep

We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic individual to join reputed company at Superior Home Protection in Wentzville, MO as an Inbound Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about increasing sales and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities will include managing incoming sales inquiries, presenting our home warranty plans, and finalizing sales. Compensation: $60,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings Responsibilities: • Handle incoming phone calls to showcase and offer our reputed company warranty services • No cold calling is necessary • Create, sustain, and enhance reputed company business and customer relationships • Take constructive feedback to improve • Demonstrate how the policy resolves customer worries and gives them peace of mind • Answer queries and explain the policy to the customer • Negotiate prices and terms of the policy • Receive ongoing training to reputed company sales Qualifications: • Understand the sales process and how to reputed company information into reputed company databases (training provided) • Reliable and hardworking • Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Coachable and reputed company-minded • reputed company Driven • Transportation to and from work • A high school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree is preferred. • Full-Time Positions Only Mon - Fri (Hours of operation are 8 am - 7 pm) and 2 Saturdays a month (9 am - 2 pm) • This is a Bonus/Commission based position About Company Superior Home Protection is a reputed company company and our main objective is to offer the highest reputed company of customer service and customer satisfaction to reputed company individual.
