Job Description:
• The end-client is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Remote Business Cold Caller to join our growing remote sales team.
• This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is skilled at initiating conversations, building rapport, and converting leads into business opportunities.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling and a strong desire to contribute to the success and growth of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Generate Leads: Conduct cold calls to potential clients, identifying new business opportunities and gathering important information for our sales team.
• Build Relationships: Establish rapport and trust with prospects, overcoming objections, and scheduling meetings for the sales team to close deals.
• Sales Outreach: Create and execute outbound calling strategies to expand Pen Manufacturing's client base and increase business opportunities.
• Customer Needs Analysis: Effectively understand the customer's pain points, industry challenges, and needs to communicate how our solutions can benefit them.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads and provide insights that contribute to closing deals.
• Performance Tracking: Keep accurate records of outreach and progress, track performance metrics, and ensure the timely follow-up of leads.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date on Pen Manufacturing's products, services, and market trends to ensure effective communication with prospective clients.
Skills and Experience
• Experienced Cold Caller: 2+ years of experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or outbound sales, ideally in a B2B setting.
• Results-Oriented: You are driven by goals, consistently meeting or exceeding call quotas, and passionate about generating new business.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and build relationships over the phone.
• Resilient & Tenacious: You thrive on challenges, handle rejection with grace, and are determined to achieve results.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and phone systems to track calls and lead progress.
• Motivated & Self-Disciplined: You are a self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment while maintaining focus and productivity.
